In partnership with the Gharbia Cancer Patients Care Association, the Academy held its largest annual conference since 2020. This year's conference was exceptional, attended by a large number of professors, consultants in surgical and oncological treatment, and young doctors. The goal is always to present a model of integrated care and foster interdisciplinary dialogue to arrive at the most suitable treatment plan for each individual patient, aiming for the best possible outcomes. The conference discussed the latest global recommendations and guidelines for breast cancer treatment and surgery. A special session was dedicated to all the topics presented and discussed at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) conference in Berlin last September. Many thanks to everyone who contributed to this success, and we pledge to continue our efforts to achieve optimal care for cancer patients.
